In 1989 Tri-Land services, Inc was launched. We focused on clearing and grading lots, building private roads, digging basements, and preparing sites for new homes and additions. We proudly worked alongside landscapers, homeowners, and building contractors across the region. By 1997, we were partnering with over 20 custom builders and two major track builders—Sunstar Homes and Westminster Homes—on projects throughout the Triangle, including high-profile communities like Southern Village, Meadowmont, Governor’s Club, and Wakefield.
After decades of steady work in the region, we established S.G. Finch Contracting in 2014 to adapt to changing markets and expand our services.
We now proudly serve a broader range of clients, including individual homeowners, the equine community, and long-time contractors across Fuquay-Varina and the greater Triangle area.
